In some instances, lead counsel prepares all the substantive pleadings, and our attorneys will simply handle the issues of form. In other cases, our attorneys can make all necessary court appearances, manage depositions, and provide significant direction.

For starters, we can prepare pro hac vice forms and ensure your pleadings follow the local standards. In addition to our knowledge of and extensive experience with the local rules, we are often acquainted with the local judges that handle the cases. Because of decades of experience, we are well-versed in the Local Rules of the United States District Courts for the Southern and Central Districts of California, which are among the more intricate of any of the district courts in the nation.  Many of the attorneys of Buche & Associates, P.C., before relocating to Texas, practiced in California and are experienced, and have made appearances in the Southern District of California (San Diego); Central District of California (L.A. and OC courts); Eastern District of California, the Northern District (which has divisions in San Francisco, Oakland, San Jose, Eureka); and in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals (San Francisco).
